    Very Cool Cooking Tip.....

    Thank to my friend Stephanie for passing this on to me.

     

    This is a commonly used technique called blanching.  I have used it for removing the skins of tomatoes, peaches and beets, but never potatoes.  Very clever!  Plus..doesn't Dawn Wells look fantastic?  I think she is 72?!?!!?!
