I came across two super easy Nutella recipes recipes last week. I don't know if they even qualify as recipes, since each recipe contains only two ingredients. I probably shouldn't admit that I tested both recipes on the same day, and that the Nutella dishes were almost the only food I ate that day (and I would do it again!).
Recipe number one is for Nutella Hot Chocolate. Ready? Put one and a third cups of milk in a small saucepan with 3 tablespoons of Nutella. Heat on medium until warm and frothy. Pour into a heated mug. Serves one. Done!
Ready for recipe number two? It is so good, you can serve it to company!
Recipe Number two is for Nutella Mousse (or let's make it sound fancy and call it Chocolate-Hazelnut Mousse). You know this is gonna be good! Place two cups of heavy cream in the bowl of an electric mixer. Begin to whip on high. Once it begins to thicken up, add half of a cup of Nutella. Taste, and add more Nutella if you want. Continue to mix until slightly stiff peaks have formed. Pour into serving dishes (or one large serving bowl) and chill for a few hours. You are done!
