Cooking in Pajamas

Although I adore Banana Bread, after stopping off at a north Georgia farm last week, and buying a huge bag of apples for $8, I have been getting creative with recipes to use up all of my apples.  I came across a recipe for apple bread, and decided to add my favorite banana bread topping to the apple bread.  Not only does it taste great, it makes the house smell fantastic!  The recipe makes 2 loafs, so you can keep one for yourself, and give one away (or keep them both...who is going to know!).
